Our well trained, experiences and skilled employees have a lot of experience with handling and processing a very wide range of different products on a broad range of equipment. This knowledge and experience we gladly put to work for our customers. We do not pretend to be experts in each and every process we offer but are in the position to help you in close cooperation with the equipment suppliers in supporting you with your product development.
Quite often we are asked to get involved in developing a process for our customers. This is something we have done a lot of in the past and still enjoy doing but quite often it is more cost effective and faster to make this first step in cooperation with the suppliers of our equipment. In close cooperation with us and the equipment supplier we then discuss what would be the best approach for your specific product and what would be the best suitable process in order to provide you with the required end-product.
Our specific knowledge will help you to find out what is the right process for you and we will become more involved once longer and larger scale production trials are required. By means of these kinds of larger trials, issues can be established that will not appear on smaller laboratory scale trials and a better insight in possible throughputs can be achieved.
Due to the size and complexity of our equipment setting up and cleaning down the equipment requires many hours, especially when high processing standards are required. The clean down costs are a considerable cost factor and therefore require careful monitoring and control. A strict control of these costs avoids unnecessary surprises.
