Custom Powders is determined to become one of the most extensive and versatile contract powder & granules processing service suppliers in Europe. We do already process a wide variety in products for a very broad range of different industries. Next to products for the chemical- and food industry we also process products for the personal care-, the plastic additives-, the detergent-, feed- and pharmaceutical industry. Every product that is offered to us we assess on an individual basis in order to establish if we can and do want to process it. In general we do not process any pharmaceuticalVoor wieactive ingredients (except for animal health products and incipients), no toxic materials, no weed killers, no pesticides, no pigments or colorants and no carcinogenic products.

Whom we do it for

Custom Powders has been in the processing of powders and granules for over 25 years and provides its service to a very broad range of customers within a lot of different industries.
Edible products for human and animal for years now represent about 50% of our turnover. Al these years we have rigorously worked at developing and improving our quality standards in close cooperation with our customers. By applying the HACCP control system we show that we are not tolerating any risks and that we are committed to minimize possible risks by a good design of our process units, built in protection steps in the production process and by training our employees.

Over the years we have processed more than 400 different types of chemicals and polymers and have built up a wealth in experience and knowledge. Together with our customers who bring in their own specific product knowledge, we build on a solid partnership that is based on trust.

Due to the wide variety of products we process for different types of industries, contamination risks is something that we are very aware off and pay a lot of attention to. In order to minimize the risk on contamination and to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees we exclude a number of products with specific characteristics from our factory. In general we do not process any products with strong lingering odours, no pigments, no ST3 materials and no pharmaceutical active ingredients or highly toxic materials.

ON the basis of this experience we are capable of flexibly adapting our processes and to set up the equipment to specific customer needs/requirements. In close cooperation with our customers the process is set up in such a way that we can live up to the expectation to provide a high quality product, processed to the required specification at the best possible price.
