Custom Powders has a variety of equipment used for the addition of liquid to powder(s). Choice will depend upon whether or not there is a need for effective dispersion, the tonnage involved, heat input, levels of addition, etc. And we are constantly adding to the range.
All systems are available in stainless steel and each is located in a building isolated from all other operations. This, plus fastidious cleandowns, guarantees freedom from contamination. Batch traceability is offered as standard and continuous systems are sampled hourly of more often if requested.
