The modular construction of all systems means that most products can be run in a variety of units and Custom Powder’s flexibility enables mills and blending equipment to be reallocated at short notice.

Custom Powders has a reputation for being Europe’s centre of excellence for milling services. Nearly 100 repeat or new products are milled here every year and the combined tonnage is in excess of 8,000t/year.

The high technical competence of our operators is achieved through 20 weeks of training within their first 5 years and their motivation to serve you brings flattering compliments from our customers.

Hygiene and environmmental care were uppermost thoughts when we designed the layout of the factory, which is split into separate process rooms, isolated from each other.

All systems are under suction to contain dust and we undertake rigid monitoring of all waste discharged.
